I am a BSC CS 3rd year student. I have 2 backlogs in my 5th semester. Will it be a drawback to get admission for MSC or MCA though I will clear it in 6th semester?-Query9

No , there is no connection of admissions of Post graduation to backlogs ( except you should clear all backlogs before or till last SEM exam).And for taking admission is any post graduation you should have minimum 50% overall score of Graduation including score of all SEM(or average of all SEM). Admission of PG is based completely on the percentile or score of particular Entrance required to take admission in particular PG course in particular college or university.
