It will most difficult phase and have to struggle at start so much as the academic performance is low. As in start everyone will judge on that only. If I say you genuinely , answer is yes. Because Most of MNC'S and big companies have eligibility criteria to apply for their job is throughout your career and academics from class 10/grade 10 till engineering should be greater than 60%. Then you got chance to apply ,in this way most of average Students get rejected or we can say don't even get good start like MNC'S ,they have to struggle and start with small companies after getting experience of several 4–5 years then they can apply for MNC'S on the basis of experience . And you you will face it now in college placement ,if companies are visiting in SEM 7 for placement you are not eligible or you get out from shortlisting because most of companies do this for filter the students to get best out of best from college campus. So I personally request you to focus on SEM 8 and try to score well to manage 60%+ score of your engineering course. All the best.

No , there is no connection of admissions of Post graduation to backlogs ( except you should clear all backlogs before or till last SEM exam).And for taking admission is any post graduation you should have minimum 50% overall score of Graduation including score of all SEM(or average of all SEM). According to me, difficulties is in all field but in variation some course have difficulties in knowledge gaining & studies ,some of hav difficulties in experiment or practical experience. But we are talking about most difficult one which is Medical field Bachelor courses like MBBS , BDS ,BAMS,BHMS ,BASLP,BPTH,BOTh ,BASLP etc. Reason is they just dont hav to do studies like the other course .They also hav to do practical experience .One of my friend is there in that field. Whenever i call her or do msg ,she is always use to say that she is busy ,she cant come with us for any plan. Since she hav to attend the patients from 2nd year of course and it is daily approx 5–6 hours in day ,sometime in morning ,sometime in day (as they have circulation of shift) .In Some colleges, during intern they have continuation shift of 18–20 hour then 12hour break & again repeat.
