It is totally depend upon your area of interest as there is no doubt on college.Now Your development is totally depend on your effort and how much you are dedicated to curriculum for gaining knowledge , gaining practical experience. Both available field have good scope.

Cadets of the INAC (BTech) course are subjected to the academic rigours of a carefully-structured syllabus spread over a four-year period. Successful cadets are awarded a ‘Bachelor of Technology’ degree in any one of the streams viz., 'Applied Electronics & Communication', ‘Electronics-and-Communications’, or ‘Mechanical Engineering’. The stringency of this ‘B.Tech.’ programme is over and above the demands of a ‘parallel’ syllabus that involves training in a number of disciplines and subjects relevant to the Indian Navy and its leadership.

As mentioned in above circular.  So ,this is Your formula  as per Mumbai University circular . There is no updates came in formula from 2015 ,till 2020. So , don't be confused. 2.
