Do IT companies prefer a government college student (Guru Jambeshwar University) over private institute student (Manav Rachna University) ,for a fresher's job? Considering they have same set of skills and grades!

IT companies or IT sector is great field where partiality seen no where. Infact in IT sector just talent matter no one can survive without it. That's why India is leading exporter of IT talents. Many IT companies not only national but also international have depend on lots of Indian talents . Coding and programming is just need to be successful in this field.
