Ya you can do this with certain planning and with help of friends. You should make planning like you have to complete 1chapter of phy or chemistry in three days (which is possible) , if you give seriously 3–4 hour daily. And try to solve 10–15 numerical(or 1exercise or samy type of sums) of maths daily which can cost you 1–2 hour max. In this way ,you can wind up , 1 chapter of maths in 1 week easily . And 2chp of learning subjects in a week with daily 4–5 hours of study including both learning and mathematics . And ya one trick will be best , try to do your fav subjects first and teach that to your friends , on return tell him/her to prepare some subject and teach it to you. It will called as sharing and learning method or exchange of learning. It will give you more kick inside to boost your performance ,since you feel some responsibility of teaching which make you to master's in subjects.
You can also take help of YouTube channel and youtube professors like “Dinesh sir” for maths , “physics wale” for physics , avinash sir channel for chemistry or chemistry wale.

Make plan and excute it with full dedication. Target yourself of. 2 cho of phy or chem and 1 cho of maths in a week any how.
