No ,it is a very good package According to scenario , there are several companies cutting organisation structure , cutting jobs , after 1–2 month there will be more competition in jobs as H1B visas employees coming back to India

As mentioned in above circular.  So ,this is Your formula  as per Mumbai University circular . There is no updates came in formula from 2015 ,till 2020. So , don't be confused. 2.
