You can do BCA(Bachelor of Computer Application) from any good university ,with regular full time three year professional course ,where you main motto should be a good programmer with very good knowledge of coding language .(For this course ,you should just have maths in class 12)

While taking admission take care that your college should have good reputation and placements record with university affiliation , accreditation by DTE/AICTE ,and UGC approved course.

While doing this three year course ,meanwhile also learn different languages like PHP ,python so you can be a good web designer.
