How can one should be fit while working on a job without any restriction or strict diet or any other strickness ?

Just eat 4 times in manner it called as, and on time like fix schedule , wake up ealry just do some yoga /exercise/meditation for 30 min (twice a day ,once in morning and once in evening/night) . Morning breakfast and evening snacks should be light . Go for long walk or on trekking( atleast 2–4 hour for one tour) in once in weekend.
