How we feel in this lockdown? How to overcome with this situation /depression?

It is normal happening with all people. Since we are inside 4 wall from several months . This is what feel in jail to prisoner . Thats why , putting in prison is kind of punishment.we didn't meet with our friends , collegeue , other relatives . In this condition , sometime people get so negative , may suffer from depression or lonliness. So it is necessary to interact with our family with friends via mobile phone to burst out negativeness and accept the positivity. See movies try be happy as much as possible , see positive movies shows , comedy serial or movies as much as possible . Laughter happiness spread chemical hormone inside us which fight with negative feeling like depression and make us healthy with positive vibes. We should try new things to do , hobbies etc. You can try this also whatever possible in this what should we do after getting bored or have so many stress from work or profession? or How we can refresh ourself ?
