For Engineering- Engineering passed out from 2015 to 2020 , For all passed out Students in any year in this range till 2020 and till further update come , this is your conversion formula will be utilised anywhere to convert your CGPA/CGPI pointer to Percentage.(Specially is for Engineering and Technology background BE/BTech) from University of Mumbai.  sometime , this formula is also printed at back side of your sem 8 marksheet like this. As mentioned in above circular.  So ,this is Your formula  as per Mumbai University circular . There is no updates came in formula from 2015 ,till 2020. So , don't be confused. 2. Government College fees are less(approx 50-80 K) but have a great demand and cutoffs also always get higher and higher. Tables provides the approx.
