Which candidate matter most experienced one or premium /top college passed out?

Would you prefer someone from a premium college or someone with experience?

If your firm is startup , recruiting/looking for core committee members then experience matters for you.

But if your firm is not a start up have atleast 3–4 year of history ,then premium college guy matters more.

According to condition , they both matters at different situations . Experience will help you to build your company strong , premium college guy have more capability and ability , energetic will help your company to give good output , give boost to your company performance.
