Answer:
It is not important . Today may you get motivated from someone influence , but it will last for 2–3 days , max 1 week.
You need to have self motivation , something like aim and objectives which will always keep you motivated. Another thing is how to reduce distraction. So this two point you need to discuss with yourself.
According to psychology , no one can understand you , better than yourself. So , it will be sound like mad , but good one. Start talking yourself. Atleast try you will enjoy. Just say whatever good or bad in your mind to yourself.
First , we will talk about avoidance of distraction. It come when we are not happy , confuse, tense. For this , do anything we enjoy for atleast 30 min daily. Like , meditation /yoga , watching laughter shows , comedy , jogging, exercise, gym , cooking , painting , etc. I m saying again whatever you like most , you get real happiness from it. Atleast ,30 min daily . It will solve problem related to distraction.
Second , self motivation. For it , just fix your aim , what you want to become, in which company you want to get placed, or which profile or designation you want as your job profile(which is achievable). Target it as aim. And whenever you feel low ,just think about it . Atleast once in day just remind it , not think or tense ,just remind like say to yourself . I want this. Then, set objective to fulfill it or decide requirements need to achieve your aim. For example, you want 9+ or 10 pointer. For this , may be there is requirement of ,atleast 12 hour study in week. Two hour of each subject and mostly there is 6 subjects in academics. So , can target to get 2 hour isolation daily anyhow from everything for study purpose. Six days in week , together 12 hour and revise it all on weekend. This isolation time will be any part of your 24 hours,can be in morning or in night . Mostly try in early morning so no one can disturb you. And if any day you fail to complete it , do it during night. And keep slogan when you will complete it ,then only you will sleep.
And why I called it as isolation time , reason is it should be really an isolation. No one should disturb , or distract , no mobile ,no PC , no song , no music , no snacks , no tea , nothing. It should be absolutely isolation ,your concentration should be 100% on your study work only. And keep a note page where you note, your daily work. Each day you complete chapter or topic , note in it. This will show your progress report. You will know whatever your work will be done. It will motivate you as well tell you where you stand.
