How should one prepare for a campus placement?

Go to step by step process

1. Aptitude test -( first step )- for any placement process. For this you should be best in Aptitude , intellectual, data interpretation , data analyst etc for that you can select any Aptitude logical reasoning books , and also do practice at youth4work or TCYONLINE website online (can do google) , If you are in final year ,for this you need to give 5 hour a week , 2 hour on weekend and 30 min daily.
2. Technical or knowledge test -(second step) - For this you have to be best listener , have to note keywords and understand explaination by logic in academics lectures. Keep revising , one subject- 30 min per day . In short , 6 days - 6 subject - total 3 hour . Revise all on weekend/Remember this things are not for memorising answer ,it is for understanding just logic concept and keep in mind with practical examples of possible.
3. Personal Interview /HR interview-(third step)- for this you should have command on communication language /English. You no need of high fluency , or good vocabulary. Just you need to talk in simple basic English language , you should be just good as you are thinking in mind , you should get its English substitute words to make sentence in mind quickly. For this no extra time , just start talking in English with your friends , siblings etc wherever possible. Start watching English news channels (daily 5 -15 mins). Or start watching anything like sports or series / movies whatever you like most in English. You can also follow youtube channel related to your field which is in English. It will give you knowledge as well as help to grab English communication. Also Start to talk with yourself in mirror for atleast 2–4 min daily. Also try to think in English only . Generally vernacular students think first in mother tongue then translate it to English ,it produces difficulties and lag in communication. Start wearing formals in college atleast thrice in week, generally students not do. And when they suddenly wear formal during placements feel so uncomfortable . It will develop your personality and comfortable zone.
4. Practice - (fourth step)- so you are thinking what is it. So it is like cherry on cake which will make you different and best. Arrange mock drill of all these three things among your friends atleast once in month. All students are not best in all things. So just make group of 4–5 or many. If anyone is good in Aptitude , tell him to make paper for all and take test, check and give score. Someone may be good in knowledge so tell him to take individual knowledge interview for all. And give score and feedback for improvement. Someone may not have good knowledge or Aptitude but have good language ,commands , personality , confidence , tell him to take personal interview of all. And also try to attempt majority companies for placement in campus only. Because in company or out campus , competition are too high . And maximum try will improve your all three step . Because you can't clear all in one step , so you should apply for small company as well to improve yourself.
